2015 was an adventure with my 3 chrildren 7 weeks in Africa, volunteer with lions, Robbins Island and Mandelas prison, Masaii village, warrior training and hyenas, hospital and stun guns and apartheid

   Lapland Sweden

In 2020 a solo trip to Minus 28 c,  Icehotel, reindeers sledding, dogsledding volunteer,  with 200 dogs, moose visit, Sami ceremoni with reindeermeat and bloodpancakes, blood palt and a wounded knee.

 Key West, USA

In 2010  i went 3 months volunteering at at dolphincenter and 3 chrildren in school, sharks, seafoodfestival, lost at sea. Dolphin gift from bottom of the sea

Malaysia, Philipines

Survivor tv  program in 2013 where i survived 35 days  out if 37 and in  2017 i managed to stay 28 out of 44 days, food and water and life is never the same. Simple life is a gift to body mind and soul. New and better perspective. Thankyou.

        Thailand

Fantastic dream trip for 6 weeks with my 3 kids. We volunteered at an elephant sanctuary and got chased by an elephant, mountain hiking, canueing, leeches, caves and last but not least stayed overnight in trees.

          Japan

In 2009 I enjoyed 30 days in Japan in the tv gameshow called Big in Japan.

I made it to the finals but contestant broke my rib and i was taken out.

Visited temples, geisha experience and tee ceremonie. I Fought like a samurai at the filmset location of the film"The last Samurai"
