Africa 6 weeks

I have always wanted to go to Africa and in 2015 i finally was able to travel to that part of the world with my 3 wonderful children.

At the time of travel the kids were not kids but adults at 20, 25 and a young man 14 years of age.

Being a single parent i felt safe enough for travelling alone and just for security i had a stungun in the form of a flashlight in my pocket at all times.
Why this 6 weeks crazy wild trip ?
After having cancer not once but twice i decides that after all is well i am going to make a crazy fun and wild trip with my kids.
So here we go:
I wanted all 4 of us to enjoy the adventure and have at least one out of three wishes for the trip to come true.
That meant that we alle chose one experience that we really wanted to try out.

With all the wishes written down, there was only one thing left to do and that was an overwealming amount of research that i will never forget.
Travelling alone with 3 loved once i was trying to make everything match, be safe and alot of fun
Some of my thoughts was things like the economy, wishes, timeframe which was 6 weeks, everyones kalender for school and education ect.

After many meetings about what we all wanted to do in Africa, we ended up with some of the following:

   Wishes for adventures was:

   Volunteering with lions
   3 day sleep over with Masaii tripe in Kenya
   24 hour trainride cross country from Nairobi to Diani Beach
   Helicopterride
   ATW fourwheeler experience in the forest
   Sharkcage adventure at sea
   Robbin Island prison to see Nelson Mandelas prison cell
   Visit the poor part of Capetown and see the living standards that is 
   unfortunatly still like the apartheid we know from history.

It all came to life and we had the most fantastic, crazy, wild, fun, informative,
magical adventure. This is something that will stay with all of us forever and every time i think about this adventure i feel as if i get a new wonderful experience out of it.
